Return & Refund Policy – Soluné

We want you to love your Soluné experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non‑returnable items

  • Used diffusers or oils

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Items damaged through misuse

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
